On June 28, Day of the Constitution of Ukraine, the Book of World Records officially registered a new Record of Ukraine in the “Mass Events” category — “The largest number of people participating in the continuous reading of the Constitution of Ukraine.”
The record was set in the Biletska rural territorial community of Ternopil Oblast, where people united around a shared vision to honor the state’s Basic Law. For more than two hours, 340 participants continuously, one after another, read the articles of the Constitution of Ukraine, creating a symbolic chain of unity, respect for statehood, and Ukrainian values.
This new record of Ukraine confirmed that the Constitution is not only the foundation of statehood but also a symbol of Ukrainian unity, responsibility, and respect for democratic values.
The official registration of the record and the presentation of diplomas were conducted by Mariana Yuryk — a representative of the Book of World Records, deputy of the Ternopil City Council, journalist, and public figure.
The record became one of the largest mass events dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Constitution of Ukraine, proving once again that joint initiatives can successfully unite communities around essential state values.
