On December 20, 2022, the Nova Ukraine and Razom charitable foundations, with the support of the Lviv UIA and the International Staff of the
Ukrainian Aid Center, officially launched a world record. The goal was to purchase and distribute 1001 generators to those in need within 30 days.
And on January 20, 2023, the record was set!
The recorded result was 1263 generators in a month.
The scale of the activity is impressive, and the benefits of such an initiative are even greater!
On January 27, the record was officially set in Lviv and its initiators were awarded.
The record was registered and the record holders were congratulated on their achievement by Hanna Krysiuk, Director General of the World Records Book, and Maksym Kozytskyi, Head of the Lviv Regional Administration.
“This record has shown how efforts and opportunities can be adjusted if Ukrainians need them in this difficult time.
And such initiatives are right now, because they help to win, save lives and give the opportunity to survive and live!” emphasized Ms. Krysiuk.
The initiators of the record also made congratulatory remarks:
- Iryna Berezhnytska, Regional Coordinator and Head of Supply of the Nova Ukraine Charitable Foundation;
- Lyubov Shipovich, Vice President of the Razom for Ukraine Charitable Foundation.
