On September 14, 2026, the official registration of a Record of Ukraine took place in Uzhhorod in the categories of “Mass Events” and “Art.”
The record-holders are the 4th-grade students of the private school “My School” (LLC “PZO ‘MY SCHOOL'”), who achieved the title for “The largest number of books written and published by students of a single class.” The uniqueness of this achievement lies in the fact that pupils from one classroom authored, created, and published 15 individual books.
As part of their educational process, each student navigated the entire cycle of book creation: from developing the core concept and storyline to illustrating, formatting, and printing their own publication.
A pivotal role in guiding and preparing the young authors was played by their teacher, Halyna Hudachok, who inspired and supported the children through every step of their creative journey.
Anna Melehanych, Representative of the “Book of World Records” and Head of the NGO “Megasocium,” officially congratulated the students, their teacher, parents, and the school administration. All young authors were solemnly awarded Diplomas of Record Holders of Ukraine, with a special recognition diploma presented to the educational institution LLC “PZO ‘MY SCHOOL’.”
This event highlights the high standard of modern education in Transcarpathia and demonstrates that becoming a published author is possible at any age.
