Record set: the most massive performance of the Anthem of Ukraine

5137 participants from 55 countries sang the National Anthem of Ukraine and set a world record.

The achievement was registered by the Director General of the Book of World Records Hanna Krysiuk and the representative of the Book, Head of the International Association of Ukrainian Women Alina Skomorokhova.

“Ukrainians are a strong nation. We are able to unite and defend our ideals and our future. We have a great state, a strong army and an indomitable people. We definitely want to live peacefully and prosper on our fertile land, in beautiful Ukraine. And Ukrainians will not allow anyone to encroach on their European democratic future”, – emphasized Hanna.

The event is organized by the International Headquarters to Assist Ukrainians with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine. The event is timed to the 31st anniversary of the Independence Day of Ukraine.

The goal of this record is to unite Ukrainians worldwide, raise international awareness of the war in Ukraine, and raise funds to support Ukraine and its Armed Forces. Specifically, the funds raised will be used to implement important projects of the International Headquarters for Aid to Ukrainians, such as “1000 Cars of Freedom,” “Food Packages for Ukrainians,” and “Restoration of Rehabilitation Departments for Ukrainian Defenders.”
