On August 11, 2023, in Khmelnytskyi, Ukraine set a new national record: “Protective Charm for Soldiers: a large camouflage net that is fireproof and waterproof, crafted in just two weeks.”
The net, measuring 31×43 meters (1,333 square meters) and weighing 20 kilograms, was made to offer crucial protection for Ukrainian soldiers.
On November 8, Alina Skomorokhova, a representative of the World Record Book in Khmelnytskyi region, congratulated the “Strong Woman” NGO and the record’s initiator, Alla Mykhailivna Uchyk. She expressed gratitude to the record-holders for their significant contribution to Ukraine’s fight for victory.
The World Record Book team is proud of these record-holders, as each one carries an important mission for Ukraine. Achievements like these enrich not only the nation’s cultural heritage but also its history.
