The Kotsiubynske community in the Kyiv region initiated a record-setting event for Ukraine — “The Largest Simultaneous Physical Exercise Session” by the residents of Kotsiubynske.
A total of 1,110 participants, aged from 4 to 80 years, gathered across 4 locations within the community to perform physical exercises for 10 minutes. The event aimed to promote a healthy lifestyle, mental well-being, and raise funds for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The initiative was led by the head of Kotsiubynske, Serhii Pavlovych Danish.


The event was attended by distinguished guests who have made significant contributions to sports, volunteering, international cooperation, and support for Ukraine on the global stage:
- Anna Krysyuk, CEO of the World Records Book and Advisor to the Ombudsman on Human Rights.
- Marta Barandiy, Human Rights Representative in Belgium and at the EU.
- Yaroslava Boyarkina, representative of the International Headquarters for Helping Ukrainians and member of the international women’s community, Business Women Club.
- Mykola Akidzhanov, European and Ukrainian kickboxing champion, honored coach of Ukraine in kickboxing.
- Tetiana Yalovchak, Ukrainian mountaineer, volunteer, and the first Ukrainian woman to join the global “Seven Summits” climbing club.
- Kostiantyn Lola, 15-time champion of Ukraine, member of the Ukrainian rugby team, two-time European champion, and candidate for master of sports.
- Yurii Melnyk, Deputy Director of the All-Ukrainian Games “Sports for All”.
- Anzhela Makeieva, Secretary of the Irpin City Council, absolute European champion, world champion in “The Taekwondo,” and President of the Kyiv Regional MMA Federation.
This event served as a significant platform for uniting outstanding leaders in sports, human rights advocacy, and volunteering, contributing to Ukraine’s development and its international relations.
In addition to the community residents, the event saw participation from medical professionals, politicians, athletes, activists, schoolchildren, businesspeople, and even military personnel, who thanked the children for raising funds in support of their brigades.
Anna Krysyuk, the CEO of the World Records Book, congratulated the record-setters, announced the results, and expressed her gratitude for their positivity, promotion of a healthy lifestyle, and support for the Ukrainian Armed Forces, even in challenging times.
