At the Lviv National Opera, the 3rd Charity Festival “Christmas with the Stars” took place, during which a new Ukrainian record was set in the categories: Mass Events, First-Time, and Art – “The Largest Simultaneous Performance of the Song ‘Glory to Ukraine’ by Children with Special Needs and Ukrainian Pop Stars.”
The event involved 41 children with special educational needs from Lviv, Mykolaiv, Cherkasy, and Volyn regions, as well as 12 Ukrainian artists, including Petro Chornyi, Victoria Niro, YAROMIA, Myata, Khrystyna Okhitva, Roman Skorpion, Nicholas Karma, SVOYA Music, Serhii Skulynets, Oksana Bilozir, and the group DUBKY.
The festival was organized by the International Charitable Foundation “Little Victories” and the Lviv National Academic Theater of Opera and Ballet named after S. Krushelnytska to support children with special needs and promote the idea of inclusion and unity through art.
Record holders were congratulated by Zoryana Sozanska, a representative of the World Records Book. In her address, she emphasized the uniqueness of this achievement, which has not only artistic but also profound social significance, particularly in supporting children who need attention and care.
During the ceremony, Zoryana presented diplomas to the organizers and performers, highlighting that each child who appeared on stage and performed the song would receive a personalized diploma. This recognition honors their contribution to setting the record and serves as an inspiring example for other children to persevere, develop, and collectively move toward success.
This record is a vivid example of how art unites society and promotes inclusion, showing that talent and creativity have no limits or barriers.
