Book World Records (originally the Book of World Records) is an international project that presents the unique features and achievements of humanity around the world.
The “Book of World Records” records unique achievements in the fields of sports, art, size, firsts, mass events, education, medicine, inventions, children, culture, as well as in other categories that, in one way or another, relate to the spheres of human life and society in general.
Our philosophy is to showcase the unique opportunities and achievements of people who inspire development and positive change. We bring together leaders, innovators, and record-breakers to consolidate efforts to implement large-scale projects, hold meaningful events, and introduce innovations. At the heart of our activities is the preservation of nature, strengthening peace, and the formation of a new consciousness of society based on the values of responsibility, sustainability, and mutual respect.
History of creation
The Book of World Records was founded by record holders from Ukraine and the world, who worked for years in the Book of Records of Ukraine, scaled this project and transferred it to the international level. Thanks to their experience, we created an independent platform that today records achievements in more than 35 countries around the world.
We don’t just record facts, we also preserve the stories of people who change the world. Each record undergoes a rigorous selection process: checking for authenticity, uniqueness, and social significance. Over the past 4 years, we have reviewed over 1,000 applications from 48 countries, a significant number of which have received world or national record status.
An expert council of more than 40 experts from various fields – science, culture, sports, entrepreneurship, media and social initiatives – works on the objectivity of the process. Their professionalism guarantees transparency and high trust in each registered achievement. In 2024, we launched the International Record Holders Club – a space for sharing experience and support. We also created the Book World Records Brand Ambassador Award, which recognizes those who, with their records, form a positive image of the country on the international stage. Every two years, a printed collection of records is published as a recognition of personal achievements and their contribution to the development of society.
