A Ukrainian Record Set in Prague: The Largest Functional Fitness Training in a Hybrid Format

A new Ukrainian Record in the sports category was officially set in Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic, on December 7, 2025. The city hosted the largest functional fitness training session conducted in a mixed format (online and offline), which brought together 803 participants simultaneously.

This event became a unique example of how sport can unite Ukrainians across the world. Some participants were physically present in the Prague venue, while hundreds more joined online from various countries in Europe and from Ukraine. Thanks to this hybrid format, the training became accessible to everyone, regardless of their location.

The record-setting session lasted 45 minutes, during which participants completed a series of functional training exercises. It was not just a fitness activity, but a way to support both physical and emotional well-being at a time when Ukrainians especially need unity and mutual support.

The event was organized by Nataliia Koroliova, a certified fitness trainer who not only led the workout but also brought together a wide sports community.

For her essential contribution to the event’s implementation, Yuliia Pasternak, co-organizer, received gratitude and recognition for ensuring both technical and organizational support.

The record was officially verified and the participants were congratulated by Oleksandra Fadieieva, a representative of the World Records Book in the Czech Republic. She emphasized that such initiatives showcase the resilience of Ukrainians and their ability to develop sports projects even beyond their homeland.

The new Ukrainian Record set in Prague is more than just numbers. It is a powerful example of a community that continues to create positive stories, unite people, and inspire Ukrainians around the globe.
