In Kyiv, during the III International Meeting of Global Ukrainians, the official registration of a European record in the “Art” category took place. The record-holder is the Ukrainian artist Oksana Zhurakovska.
The official title of the registered record is: “The largest author’s series of artistic State Coats of Arms of Ukraine, created under the unified artistic concept ‘Strength in Unity,’ combining regional Ukrainian embroidery patterns, natural stones, and minerals from various countries around the world.”
The artist presented her author’s series “Strength in Unity” — a collection of 26 artistic Coats of Arms of Ukraine, each representing an individual region of our state. The artworks combine various artistic techniques, regional Ukrainian embroidery motifs, as well as natural stones and minerals from different countries as a symbol of international support and unity.
The compositional heart of the collection is a central wooden coat of arms, which unites all regional works into a single project.
The record was officially registered by Hanna Krysiuk, General Director and Founder of the Book of World Records, who congratulated the author on her achievement and wished her inspiration and success in future endeavors. People’s Deputy of Ukraine Serhiy Kozyr also joined in offering his congratulations.
The presented series serves as an example of cultural diplomacy and respect for Ukrainian traditions, bringing together the global Ukrainian community.
