15-year-old Ukrainian officially becomes the youngest in Ukraine to confirm English proficiency at the C2 level

15-year-old Artemiy Hrytsai has been officially recognized as the youngest Ukrainian to confirm his English language proficiency at the highest international level, C2. The teenager demonstrated this exceptional achievement during the Cambridge English: Proficiency exam in Kyiv, scoring a maximum of 220 out of 220 points.

The Book of World Records officially certified this milestone, registering a new Record of Ukraine in the “Education” category. At the time of taking the language test, Artemiy was 15 years, 8 months, and 14 days old. The achieved C2 level (Proficiency) indicates a native-like mastery of the language, granting the right to study at leading global universities and work in an international business environment without any restrictions.

The official certification of the record and the presentation of the diploma were carried out by Hanna Krysiuk, General Director and Founder of The Book of World Records, and Yelyzaveta Omelchenko, Executive Director of The Book of World Records.

Separate diplomas from The Book of World Records for their significant contribution, preparation, and support in establishing the record were awarded to representatives of the “MriyDiy Rybalskyi” Private Educational Institution: Acting Director Yuliia Komarynska and English teacher Tetiana Babii.

We sincerely congratulate Artemiy on this powerful intellectual triumph! Continuous development and conquering new heights prove that Ukrainian youth are highly competitive globally and capable of setting standards for deep knowledge.
